"We could not be happier with our choice to work with Contessa Concierge & Personal Assistant Services. We are both working professionals and have homes in three different locations. None of these residences are close to one another. One of our residences is a condominium in Toronto, ON. Because we travel a great deal with many time restraints placed upon us, which precludes our being able to manage that property in Toronto, we found that we needed to seek the help of a concierge and personal assistant. These services would require property/home management in the form of checking on the premises regularly during our absence, organizing for housekeeping, maintenance, and repairs to be done, as well as keeping up with the security of not just our condo unit, but our vehicles garaged at that location as well. In addition, we often have business associates and family members who will use our condo while visiting Toronto. To facilitate arranging for our guests to secure keys, access garage parking, and to be fully briefed on all of the condo amenities, we required a responsible and trusted individual to do this for us. This we knew would need to be an individual and company that we could fully trust with our personal security codes and information with regard to that property. Not only did Stephanie of Contessa Concierge & Personal Assistant Services meet all of our requirements, she far exceeded our greatest expectations. 
"We recently held a cocktail party on Canada Day for friends and associates at our unit. This was not something we had a great deal of time to organize, shop, and execute and, in fact, we had no time to do any of that at all. We enlisted Stephanie’s services to make this event happen. Stephanie took on the full responsibility of organizing the event for us, which included catering and shopping for all things beverage, food, flowers, and decorations. We also learned that among all of her many talents and event planning skills, she is also an awesome bartender. The Canada Day 150 party was a huge success with our guests. She was sensational and amazing. We were so impressed with everything she did. Both of us enjoyed hosting a party at our home for perhaps the first time ever. We had as much fun as our guests and that was all because of Stephanie and her masterful handling of our event. We had so much positive feedback in the days following and of course everyone wanted to know more about Stephanie, as she is so pleasant and personable while all the time being quietly super efficient. She brought class and elegance to the event and we remain very grateful to her for the outstanding services she offered in making this event the success it was.
"We would like to cite another time that Stephanie was just amazing. We had custom cabinetry installed in our baths. We were experiencing problems with the magnetic latches they installed. As they are a company who stands behind their products and workmanship, they needed to return to investigate and repair the problem. However, they required that one of us be present for the repairs. We were unable to be there and so we asked Stephanie to be there to represent us. Unfortunately the process required more than one visit. No problem. Stephanie was available to us for each appointment. Not only did she oversee the repairs, she acted as liaison and when the job was complete emailed us with a full report on the progress of the repairs and the solution arrived at. Stephanie keeps copious records of all of her visits to the condo and keeps us informed as to the condition of the condo on each of her visits.
